Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any of our courses.

Where it is necessary to cancel or reschedule any courses, you will be informed at the first available opportunity and delegates will be rescheduled as a priority to the next available course.

Payment and Cancellations

You are required to make payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations can be made by phone: 07986 948 576 or by email: info@littlelambsfirstaid.co.uk. If emailing, then please use the cancellation form below. You can cancel your booking and only incur a minimal admin charge - 10%, if we receive this request at least 14 days before the course start date. If the cancellation is within 14 days, then we cannot issue a refund, however you may be able to transfer or substitute your place. See below.

Transfers

You can transfer a booking once without incurring a charge, provided that we receive this request at least 7 days before the course start date. If you book a course less than 7 days before the course start date, you will not be able to make a transfer. Transfer requests can be received either by phone: 07986 948 576 or by email: info@littlelambsfirstaid.co.uk.

Substitutions

Substitutions will be accepted provided that the request is received before the course start date either by phone: 07986 948 576  or by email: info@littlelambsfirstaid.co.uk.
